5. Hosts and Payments

Hosts may offer experiences or services through Explore. Hosts are responsible for providing accurate information and delivering the experiences they offer.

Payments and payouts are handled through third-party payment providers. Any applicable fees and payment conditions will be communicated through the app.

6. Our Responsibilities

We aim to keep Explore available and functioning properly. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will always be error-free.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or create risks for other users or the platform.

You may stop using Explore and request deletion of your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Explore is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect damages, losses, or disputes arising from interactions between users or experiences provided by hosts.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app. Continued use of Explore after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
